Everett: Part Time Nanny
Sweet and busy family located in the Grand Avenue area of Everett is looking for an engaged and outgoing nanny to love on their 2 children ages 4 and 10 months. They are excited for a nanny who wants to plan creative activities, outings and age-appropriate learning opportunities for their kids. Experience driving children, a safe vehicle and a responsible driving record is a must for this job. This family does not use a lot of screen time so someone who truly enjoys s to get outside, explore, and keep busy will do well in this position. The family is kind and generous and want to create a lasting partnership and mutually beneficial relationship with their nanny. A 1-year commitment is required but the family is hopeful they’ll find the right nanny to stay with them for years to come.
Schedule: Thursdays 10a-6p
Fridays 10a-2pm
A third day of the nannies choice (M,T, or W) from 10a-6p
Compensation: $30-$33 per hour depending on experience, Guaranteed Hours, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Leave, Paid Holidays
Requirements:
Must be 21+
3 years of nanny experience
Be a non-smoker/vaper
Have a reliable vehicle and safe driving record
Willing to complete our background check process
Submit 2-3 professional childcare references
A busy Bothell family is looking for a nanny/household manager to join their family. You will provide care for 3 children ages 10, 13, 16. Responsibilities for the younger children include ensuring they are dressed, fed and ready for school, picking them up from school and taking them to extra curricular activities as well as overseeing their afternoon responsibilities such as chores and homework. The 13 year old has ASD as well as ADHD and will need additional attention to help guide him through his daily responsibilities. He is high functioning but does lean on an adult to help him use his skills and resources to their full potential. The right person for this job will be an experienced nanny or caregiver who has experience working with special needs children, specifically ADHD will be given preference. Household duties include grocery shopping, meal planning and preparation, facilitating household care and repair and scheduling veterinarian care for the family dog.
Schedule: Monday-Friday - full time (hours negotiable)
Compensation: Very competitive hourly rate with paid vacation, paid sick leave, guaranteed hours and overtime pay. Pay will be commensurate with experience with taxes withheld and a W-2 issued at years end.
Requirements:
Must have 5 years of nanny experience
Neurodivergent experience a plus!
Must be willing to make a year-long commitment
Must have a valid driver’s license, current insurance, reliable vehicle and responsible driving record
Must maintain current CPR/First Aid Certification
Must be punctual, professional, and energetic
Must be a strong communicator
